Top Message

A message from Shugo Hosoda.

To our customers, shareholders, partners and colleagues — thank you for your continued trust in the EBARA Group. Since our founding in 1912, our brief has been simple: design pumps that handle the world's hardest fluid duties — and stand behind every machine we ship.

Today, we engineer pumps for five global markets — oil & gas, power, water, building services and industrial process — across 100+ locations worldwide. The challenges facing humanity (water security, energy efficiency, the transition to low-carbon fuels) all run through pumping systems. That is the work the company was made for.

Our long-term framework, E-Vision 2035, commits the Group to higher pump efficiency across the installed base, longer service life through better materials and sealing, and an honest accounting of every kilowatt-hour our pumps draw in the field.

— Shugo Hosoda,
President & Representative Executive Officer

“When you work with passion and dedication, anything is possible.”

How EBARA is governed.

EBARA operates as a Company with a Nominating Committee — the Japanese governance structure providing the strongest separation between supervision and execution.

Company with a Nominating Committee

Board majority independent. Nominating, Audit and Compensation Committees each chaired by an independent outside director. CEO and Board Chair are separate.

Compensation

Long-term, ESG-linked

Executive compensation includes long-term performance share units linked to E-Vision 2035 targets — including the Group's carbon trajectory and water-security commitments.

Ethics

The EBARA Way

Our Code of Conduct, supplier code and whistle-blowing system are framed by the EBARA Way — Founding Spirit, Corporate Philosophy and Brand Statement, with the same authority across every operating company.
