Products for Oil & Gas / Power

From extraction to refining, fossil-fuel-driven engines and turbines power the pumps that keep the energy chain moving. EBARA's Oil & Gas / Power line covers six engineered application classes — every one of them validated in the harshest installations on earth.

Offshore oil platform
The Sector

Extract. Transport. Refine.

The hydrocarbon and power-generation chain is one of the most demanding service environments for rotating equipment. Temperatures range from cryogenic LNG to high-pressure steam. Fluids include corrosive sea water, acidic crudes, abrasive descaling solutions and high-temperature boiler feed.

EBARA's response is a deliberately narrow product map: six pump families, each engineered to its specific duty, each with reference installations across the Gulf, the North Sea and the Asia-Pacific basin. We do not over-broaden. We solve the duty.

Application Classes

Six engineered pump families.

Each card pairs a real refinery or power-plant duty with the EBARA model designed for it. Selection is engineered to spec, not picked from a catalogue.

EBARA UCW / UCS double-suction pump
Class 01 UCW · UCS

Refinery & Petrochemical

Heavy-duty process pumps for hydrocarbon service inside refineries and petrochemical complexes. Single- and double-stage designs to API 610, configured for crude transfer, light-product loading, hot oil and process loops up to several hundred degrees Celsius.

EBARA SPR / SPRB multi-stage barrel pump
Class 02 SPR · SPRB

Boiler Feed Water

Multi-stage barrel pumps for the most punishing duty in a power plant: feeding super-heated water into a high-pressure boiler. Engineered for thermal-cycle resilience, low-NPSH operation and decades of service between major overhauls.

EBARA HSB descaling pump
Class 03 HSB

Descaling

Ultra-high-pressure pumps for hot-strip and plate-mill descaling — driving water at the pressures needed to strip oxide from steel slabs without damaging the substrate. Common in steel mills serving the energy and infrastructure supply chain.

EBARA SP / SPD sea water injection pump
Class 04 SP · SPD

Sea Water Injection

High-flow injection pumps for upstream pressure-maintenance schemes — pushing treated sea water down-hole at reservoir pressure. Material selection across duplex and super-duplex stainless families for sustained corrosion service.

EBARA CW / CC / CN general-purpose centrifugal pump
Class 05 CW · CC · CN

Infrastructure Industries

General-purpose centrifugal pumps for the wider infrastructure of an energy site: cooling water, fire-water, balance-of-plant transfer and utility duties. Standardised on long-life seal and bearing designs.

EBARA VS4 vertical wet-pit sump pump
Class 06 VS4

Sump Pump

Vertical wet-pit sump pumps for the lowest-elevation duty on every plant — draining sumps, pits and recovery basins. The pump that is unglamorous on a P&ID and indispensable on a shutdown.

Product Families

Beyond Oil & Gas — the full catalogue.

EBARA also serves agriculture, industrial process, sewage and wastewater, residential and commercial buildings, and the fertilizer industry — through six core product families.

Family 01

Surface pumps

End-suction, split-case and multi-stage centrifugal pumps for general industrial duty.

Family 02

Submersible drainage

Submersible pumps for storm-water, dewatering and drainage in construction and municipal sites.

Family 03

Borehole pumps & motors

Submersible borehole pumps with matched motors for irrigation, agriculture and deep-well water supply.

Family 04

Circulators & in-line

In-line centrifugal pumps and circulators for HVAC, district cooling and process loops.

Family 05

Packaged booster units

Pre-engineered pressure-boosting and transfer skids for buildings, irrigation and industrial process.

Family 06

Engineered packages

Custom-engineered packages for the most demanding industrial duties — refinery, power, infrastructure.

Customer Support

Selection. Spares. Service.

EBARA's customer-facing tooling is designed for engineers, not marketing: a selector that asks the right duty questions, a parts portal that knows your installed base, and a regional service network that can be on a Gulf platform inside 24 hours.
